Enhanced Functionality Instructions

Enabling Enhanced or HTML E-mail:
  1. Setup Outlook® as the default e-mail client on your system(s).
  2. Install all current Outlook Service Packs and updates.
  3. Activate the “Send E-mails in HTML format” option in the AgentOffice® E-mail. This is located in the Setup Options under the Tools drop down menu.


Enabling ZipForm®/WINForms® Integration:
First, determine the following: 1) Which system you will be using (ZipForm or WINForms), and 2) Which version you will be using (Online or Desktop). Once you’ve confirmed your decision, instructions are as follows:
  1. In AgentOffice, go to the Tools drop menu.
  2. Choose Setup Options and click on Forms Programs.
  3. Follow the directions as prompted.
