Download and Installation Instructions
- Click the "Download" link below to download the AgentOffice v10 Free Trial.
- After selecting “Download”, your system will prompt you with options to either Save or Run the file. We recommend you select the option to “Run” the file. (If you select “Save”, the default downloaded file name is AgentOffice10(date).exe.)
- Once the system has completed downloading the file, the installation will begin by displaying the "Extracting AgentOffice Files" screen. (If you are running Vista, it may take several minutes for the "Extracting AgentOffice Files" screen to appear because Vista is performing a file validation test prior to running the file.)
- On the "Extracting AgentOffice Files" screen, accept the default extract path of “C:\Downloads\AgentOffice Install” (or change the extract path to a desired location) and select “Install”.
- AgentOffice will begin extracting the install files to the designated location and begin setup by displaying the “AgentOffice Install Menu”. Select the “Install” tab and select “Install AgentOffice” to continue with the AgentOffice installation.
- The AgentOffice installation will continue by prompting you to enter a Serial Number and Install Code. Enter the information below:
Serial Number: A081778
Install Code: 001PC-7QCQP-Z3MFT
- Continue with the default installation option and AgentOffice will begin installing. When prompted to register on the web, do not register. When the installation is complete, you may launch AgentOffice. With this being a Free Trail, you will need to select “Demo” and enter the default login “pat” and password “pat”.

- Technical Support (phone and e-mail) is not included or available with the AgentOffice Free Trail. If issues exist, please refer to the AgentOffice Knowledge Base.
- The AgentOffice install package may be downloaded as many times as needed.
- The entire AgentOffice install package will remain in the extracted directory even after the install is completed.
- Do not enter permanent data into the AgentOffice Free Trial because when you purchase AgentOffice you’ll need to uninstall the free trial and install the purchased version.
