AgentOffice® :: Frequently Asked Questions
Q – How many computers can I install AgentOffice on?
A – AgentOffice may be installed on an unlimited number of computers as long as the software is registered to the registered user.
Q – How many User Logins come with AgentOffice?
A – Out of the box, AgentOffice comes with 1 primary user and 2 assistant user license. Assistant users may be configured with varying security rights on a per module basis or full access rights to the entire program. Additional assistants may be purchased by clicking here.
Q – Does my data get upgraded when I upgrade to the latest version of AgentOffice?
A – Yes, when upgrading your AgentOffice (formally known as On-Line Agent or Agent 2000) to the latest version, all of your data will be upgraded along with your program.
Q- Can I see my Assistants’ AgentOffice schedules?
A – Yes, you can easily view any Assistant’s schedule or see everyone’s schedule in one display in a day, week or month view in the Schedule module by selecting the Assistant’s name or “All Users” option from the users pull down list.
Q – Can I assign or designate tasks, e-mail, or to-do items to another user?
A- Yes, you can easily assign or schedule an activity to an alternate AgentOffice user within your database by selecting the desired “Assign To” user on the Schedule an Activity screen.
Q – Does AgentOffice work with Outlook?
A – Yes, AgentOffice has HTML e-mail capabilities by sending e-mails from AgentOffice thru Outlook to the desired recipient and has the ability to view incoming e-mails from Outlook or other MAPI compliant e-mail systems in AgentOffice and associate the incoming e-mail to an AgentOffice contact for archiving purposes.
If you want to synchronize or import contacts and activities between AgentOffice and Outlook, you’ll need the ‘Intellisync for FNF’ utilities disk which can be purchased for a small additional fee. (Separate purchase required, click here.)
Q – Will AgentOffice sync with my PDA (or Smartphone)?
A – Out of the box, the APP Interface utility which comes with AgentOffice provides synchronization capabilities for devices with the Palm OS, such as the Treo 650 and Treo 700.
If you want to synchronize devices with the Windows Mobile or Pocket PC platform with AgentOffice, you’ll need the Intellisync for FNF utilities disk which can be purchased for a small additional fee. (Separate purchase required, click here.)
A – No, AgentOffice is currently not web based, but AgentOffice does work with remote tools such as Citrix server, Terminal server or other remote access programs.
While AgentOffice works in a Citrix or Terminal server environment, the AgentOffice Support Department does not provide support for these configurations. Please consult your local technician for more information on Citrix, Terminal server or other remote access options.
Q – Can I share my AgentOffice data between computers?
A – Yes, AgentOffice does provide easy to configure network sharing for computers which resides on a previously established network to share one common AgentOffice database.
Q – Does AgentOffice connect with my MLS?
A – Maybe, it depends on your MLS. AgentOffice does provide users with the necessary tools to connect with your MLS system to download comparable properties into AgentOffice to create dynamic CMA presentations. (Note – Your MLS system must have RETS v1.0 and have a current contact with FNRES for AgentOffice to access MLS data.)
Q – Does AgentOffice integrate with any forms programs?
A – Yes, AgentOffice provides integration with both ZipForm (WINForms) desktop and online program and the Trueforms desktop program. The integration initiates from AgentOffice to populate transaction information in the forms program with transaction and contact information from AgentOffice.
Q – Does AgentOffice integrate with any transaction management systems?
A – Yes, AgentOffice provides integration with our transaction management system - TransactionPoint. The integration initiates from AgentOffice to populate transaction information in the TransactionPoint program with transaction and contact information from AgentOffice.
Q – Can I import my contacts into AgentOffice from Outlook or Top Producer?
A – Yes, both Outlook and Top Producer has functionality to export contacts in a “Comma Delimited” format to then be imported into AgentOffice via our “Comma Delimited Import” tool. In addition for Outlook users, the Intellisync for FNF program (separate purchase required, click here) provides synchronization tools to sync AgentOffice contacts and scheduled activities with Outlook.
Q – Does AgentOffice come with form letters?
A – Yes, AgentOffice comes with over 125 canned form letters which you may modify to your business needs. The form letters categories include Farming letters, FSBO letters, Referral Letters, Holiday letters and Buyer Client letters just to name a few. In addition, you may purchase additional marketing action plans and letters from some of the leading real estate marketing vendors by clicking here.
Q – Does AgentOffice have document storage capabilities?
A – Yes, AgentOffice has a Document Manager system which allows you import various documents (all files types) into the AgentOffice Document Manager module and then associate the imported documents(s) to contact(s), listing(s) and even sale(s) for archiving purposes.
Q – Does AgentOffice come with support?
A – Yes, AgentOffice comes with 30 Days of Installation support — free. In addition, you can purchase 6 month and 1 year tech support contracts by clicking here. In addition, AgentOffice has a web-based Help function and extensive Knowledgebase.

Q – Is AgentOffice compatible with Microsoft® Vista? A – Yes, AgentOffice v10 is compatible with the Microsoft Vista operating system. If you have a prior version of AgentOffice and have Microsoft Vista, you must purchase AgentOffice v10 for Vista compatibility, click here for more info.
