Download Information:

1. If you have a valid AgentOffice v10 Serial Number and Install Code, click the "Download" link below to download AgentOffice v10.
   
   • If you currently do not have AgentOffice, click Order AgentOffice to purchase AgentOffice.
   
   
   • If you currently have v8.5 or less of AgentOffice and want AgentOffice v10, click Order Upgrade.
   • If you currently have v9 of AgentOffice, you qualify to download AgentOffice v10 free of charge, but must call Technical Support at 800-996-6547 during business hours between 8am and 7pm Central, Monday through Friday to obtain a v10 Install Code.
   
   
2. After selecting Download, system will prompt with option to Save or Run file, we recommend you select option to Run file. (If saved, the default downloaded file name is AgentOffice10.exe.)



3. Once the system has completed downloading the file, the installation will begin by displaying the "Extracting AgentOffice Files" screen. (If you are running Vista, it may take several minutes for the "Extracting AgentOffice Files" screen to appear because Vista is performing a file validation test prior to running the file.)



4. On the "Extracting AgentOffice Files" screen, either accept the default extract path or change the extract path to a desired location and select Install



5. AgentOffice will begin extracting the install files to the designated location and begin setup by displaying the AgentOffice Install Menu. Select the Install tab and select Install AgentOffice to continue with the AgentOffice installation.

Download Notes

• The AgentOffice install package may be downloaded as many times as needed.
• The entire AgentOffice install package will remain in the extracted directory even after the install is completed.
• If installing on multiple machines, one download is required and installs may be run manually on alternate machines from a shared install location or by burning the contents of the AgentOffice install folder to a CD and running Launch.exe.
